Fernie Artists part of Community Advent Calendar

Sandra Barrett at Fernie Forge is one of 24 artists and artisans who have made a 12″x12″ piece to be displayed in 24 store and business windows around Fernie as a community Advent calendar. The artwork is accompanied by a profile of each artist and only opened on the relevant numbered day – so one new treasure is revealed every day during the Advent season. Sandra’s contribution is called “Follow that star” and combines her two passions of working with steel and making felt.
