The First Peoples’ Cultural Council’s Indigenous Arts Program is now accepting Arts Micro-Grant applications from Indigenous artists and collectives in B.C.!

With grants of $1,000, this grant supports projects initiated and directed by Indigenous artists and collectives who have demonstrated commitment to their artistic practice.

Applications for this program are accepted throughout the year and may be submitted at any time.

The Micro-Grant is meant to allow artists to:
• respond to emergent opportunities and pursue new approaches
• create access to achieve their goals
• reduce barriers to artistic opportunities
• increase their skills and knowledge

Applicants who have received a Micro-Grant are eligible to apply to other FPCC programs for a different project during the same year. Applicants from any artistic area are encouraged to apply.
