Tuesday and Sunday: 11am to 4pm
Wednesday through Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Thursdays: 10am to 8pm

New Exhibitions

402 Anderson Street: A History

Opening Event: Friday, Nov 9, 7-9pm

Celebrating and commemorating the 402 Anderson years and the Mildred Erb Gallery and Nelson Museum.

There will be a publication produced to commemorate the legacy of 402 Anderson Street, researched by long-time volunteer and patron Nicole Tremblay. To be launched in February 2019 by way of a closing event. This publication project is made possible by the generous support of the City of Nelson and the RDCK.

This group exhibition will bring together several regional, provincial and National artists who are creating on the forefront of contemporary textiles in Canada and are practicing in respective spaces that push the boundaries between craft/art, and the historical/contemporary in relevant and intriguing ways.

There will be an artist-in-residence program attached to this exhibition w/ artist Robin Wiltse – funded by the CKCA/CBT and in partnership with Selkirk College.
