Capitol Members Invited to 2018 AGM

Each year the Capitol Theatre Restoration Society hosts an Annual General Meeting, where the Board of Directors presents an overview of operations for the benefit of members. The 2018 AGM will be held on Monday, October 22nd at 6pm at the Capitol Theatre.

Are you a member?

If you purchased a Season Package this year, then you’re already a Capitol Theatre Member with AGM voting privileges. If not, you can purchase a membership at the meeting for $10.

Flicker – Dancers of the Damelahamid

The Dancers of the Damelahamid are back on the Capitol Stage with their new piece Flicker. Portrayed through Coastal masked dance, this is an innovative multi-media dance piece that combines graphic design with vividly rich imagery that represents the mystical realm.

Tickets: $13.50 All seats

Through dramatic dance, captivating narrative, intricately carved masks and elaborate regalia, the Dancers of Damelahamid transform time and space, and bridge the ancient with a living tradition.


I Can’t Remember the Word

Friday, October 26th @ 7:30 pm
Tickets: $20 adult

Tara Cheyenne’s new dance-theatre piece, I Can’t Remember the Word, is all about memory – the things we remember and the things we forget.

Opening the evening is Slava Doval and Emily Honegger’s piece Bodies of Water.
