Employment Opportunities at First Peoples’ Cultural Council

We wanted to let you know that FPCC has several job openings that are currently accepting applications in the areas of FirstVoices and Communications. If you are interested in working for an Indigenous-led organization that is working to revitalize Indigenous arts, culture and language in B.C. come and join our team!

The FirstVoices team is seeking tech-savvy, community-minded individuals who are passionate about technology tools for language revitalization. FirstVoices is our internationally recognized online Indigenous language archiving and teaching resource that allows communities to document their language for future generations. We have the following positions available:

  • FirstVoices Trainer/Coordinator
  • FirstVoices Front-End Developer
  • FirstVoices Technical Support Specialist/Trainer

Closing date for all FirstVoices positions is September 21, 2018 4PM.

Communications is seeking two individuals in the areas of social media/digital and corporate planning/reporting. Join our communications team in effectively sharing information and reporting on FPCC programs and activities with shareholders, funders, government, communities and the public.

We have the following positions available:

  • Social Media and Digital Coordinator
  • Corporate Planning & Reporting Analyst.

Closing date for communications positions is September 24, 2018 4PM.
