Happy New Year & Welcome To 2018

It’s been a successful start for our Island Mountain Arts Office Team, as we SOLD OUT of Early Crow tickets on December 24th allowing us to release a limited amount of Early Bird tickets to the public. And to you, our dedicated IMA supporters! Also, camping and a limited number of RV passes are now available to purchase via our website here.
As you’ll read below we’re now taking submissions for all things art, with our vendor applications opening Monday, January 22nd and volunteer applications opening Thursday, February 1st via our website!
If you’ve already secured your entry to celebrate with us in August by purchasing your ticket, the time is now to start collecting, creating & crafting your costume for our Opening Parade and maybe start preppin’ for The 20th Annual International One Minute Play Festival, hosted by Paul Crawford, the man with “Prizes, Prizes, Prizes!

Music Applications close January 31st

Applications to perform in 2018 close at the end of the month. If you’re a musician we want to hear from you, ASAP! To all our devoted audiences ensure your favourite funky, folk duo or hip-hop collaboration develops on stage this year share them our link to apply to play.

Calling all Visual Artists & Mini-Mural Enthusiasts

Our 10th annual Mini-Mural Project features professional visual artists creating mini-murals on panels throughout the festival. Envisioned by Wells artist Caroline Anders, the idea is to have a stimulating and fun creative space where the artists can work together or on their own in the ever-inspiring setting of Wells. The murals are then auctioned off and put on display on buildings throughout town. Apply here…

Wells Workshops

Wells is a place for you to learn and engage with your creative self. Do you have a secret skill to share? Maybe you have a mini-forum to lead or you posses a desire to bring people together? Well, we invite you to host a workshop! Workshops have ranged from laughter yoga to classical bass technique, mini journal making to kung-fu, radical folk history to gospel singing, panel discussions to broadway dancing!  Whatever you can do, come and share it.
