Beginner Watercolour Painting

Instructor Karen Millard is in demand, as she also teaches through Opus in Kelowna. This class is for anybody wanting to learn how to use watercolours and for those with experience who wish to develop their skills. Create amazing works of art!

Jan 18 – Feb 8 (4 classes)
Thursdays 6:30 -8:30pm
$150 (material usage included)


Beginner Acrylic Painting

Discover the basics of colour while experimenting with this versatile water-based paint. Course covers monochromatic, complementary and non-local colour usage using opaque and transparent techniques. Subjects will include portraiture, still life, landscape and image replication.

Wide Textured Band Ring

Learn how to size, cut, file, solder and polish your own sterling silver wide band ring. Make your ring unique by texturing it. Instructor Arleigh Garratt from Garnish will show you how. Get hooked on making jewellery with this amazing class!

Bangles and Stackers

Is it really possible to create a set of sterling silver stacker rings or bangles in three hours from scratch with no experience? It is with instructor Arleigh Garratt from Garnish! Arleigh will take you through the steps of making your own stackers or bangles, from sizing through to polishing.

Wednesday, Jan 24th 6:30 – 9:30pm (1 class)
$110 class cost, plus materials. Silver cost is aprox. $20 per bangle or set of 3 stacking rings, to be weighed after completion.
