Let it snow! Visit Touchstones Nelson’s latest exhibitions, regional museum, and amazing shop to stay warm this December.

The Shop has an incredible selection of unique gift ideas, fantastic gifts for kids, and a beautiful selection of work by local and regional artists and artisans.

Holiday Hours:
– Open 11am-4pm on Monday Dec 4, 11 & 18
– Open until 6pm on Friday Dec 8, 15 & 22
– Closed Dec 24, 25 & 26
– Open 12-4pm on Dec 27-30
– Closed Dec 31, Jan 1 & 2

The Shawn Lamb Archives will be closed from Dec 21 to Jan 3.

December 6 to 9: Volunteer Pop-Up Shop 
We have incredible volunteers!! And to celebrate their talents, we will have a Volunteer Pop-Up Shop with textiles, jewellery, art cards and more all hand-made by our volunteers!

December 12, 7pm:  Nelson History Talk – Courthouse Session
Join us for an inspiring evening of history at the Nelson Court House with an inside look at Nelson’s legal past from 3 perspectives. Panelists include Elaine Beaulac, Howie Grant & Don Sperry.  Free Admission.
Presented by the Heritage Working Group of the Cultural Development Committee of the City of Nelson.

NEW! Every Thursday from 5-8pm: Thursday Date Night 
Visit the Museum for free on Thursdays from 5-8pm and receive a $5 certificate towards the Hume Hotel. Enjoy amazing art, history, food and drink in two of Nelson’s finest heritage buildings!
